Can I track my Early Excellence online shop order?

When your order is dispatched, tracking information from our courier will be sent by email and/or via text message. This requires a valid mobile number and/or email address to be supplied at the point of order. You can also log into your account at any time, and tracking information should be recorded against your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse: https://shop.earlyexcellence.com/orders

I have specific delivery instructions to add to my order, how do I do this?

How long will my order take to arrive?

Some resource orders will arrive within a few working days of your order. More complex orders can take longer to pick and pack in our warehouse, so we usually state that resource orders will arrive within 10 working days. Furniture orders will take longer, please see below.

How long will it take for my furniture order to arrive?

Our furniture is custom made by us to order, and all of our furniture units are delivered to you via our very own drivers and come fully assembled. Sometimes our drivers need to assemble some components in situ at your location. We always contact you personally to arrange delivery and never turn up unannounced. We normally state 2-3 weeks for furniture delivery, but if you have an urgent enquiry, please contact us and we will do our very best to assist. Does Early Excellence Furniture really come fully assembled?

It certainly does! Even after all these years, our customers are still amazed when our very own drivers arrive at their school, and deliver our fully assembled furniture units into their classrooms! We will even help to unpack any additional resource orders and then position the furniture units into their required location. We never just leave delivered items in your reception area, unless you specifically want us too!

I have a large order to place, is there a quicker way to place this rather than searching for individual items and adding each one to my basket online?

There is, you can either use our quick order function, which will allow you to type a product in by SKU/Product Code/Title. Or you can simply email your order to us at: sales@earlyexcellence.com and our team will be more than happy to place the order on your behalf. Our Quick Order form is available here https://shop.earlyexcellence.com/quick-order, but you must have an active credit account linked, and be signed in before you can use it. How can I apply to purchase resources and furniture on account/by credit?

Do you offer discount codes, if so where can I find them?

Early Excellence never issues discount codes for our online shop, and our checkout procedure does not have a discount code entry field. If you find any reference online to discount codes for Early Excellence, they will be fake.
