Description

Enhance your EYFS outdoor environment with the Moving Water Collection. This ready-made, high-quality resource set provides an adventurous outdoor water investigation zone, offering children opportunities to explore flow, direction and construction through open-ended play.

Made from durable, weather-resistant materials, the set includes pipes, gutter channels, connectors, sprayers and flexible tubing. Children can experiment with angles, lengths and heights of channels, working independently or in small groups to observe how water moves, merges and changes in speed.

Children may set up challenges such as “Which route will make the water flow quicker?” or “How can we slow the water or divert it?” Early years children can use the clear tubing to monitor flow direction and record observations using the Set of Outdoor Dry Erase Pockets, creating meaningful mark making opportunities as children draw and record the results.
