Invest in the Outdoor Construction Area to create an exciting and well-resourced outdoor construction area for EYFS and KS1 children to enjoy the physical challenges that building and constructing offers.
Designed by our experienced curriculum team, the outdoor shed contains the complete construction resource collection, creating an enticing area to develop physical skills. The resource collection contains a range of building crates, building vehicles resources and den building resources. Children will be engaged by the unique set of baskets and pulleys to create their own functional lifting system, an excellent team work activity for both early years and KS1 children to master!
The set is completed with a useful children’s sack cart to support children to independently lift, load and transport resources to their desired spot in the playground.
The construction resource collection is an excellent range of open-ended resources to develop children’s critical thinking as they work collaboratively to build cars, ships and dens using the building crates, wooden planks & poles and den covers. Children will develop their gross motor and problem solving skills as they explore how to stack, balance and build resources to create different constructions. The set of steering wheels encourage imaginative play opportunities. The outdoor construction area is an area that early years children will always come back to and explore.
Resources are organised within one outdoor shed using accessible outdoor storage to support children in developing independence and self-esteem. The hard-wearing plastic crates can be placed outside of the shed and do not require storage. If you wish, you can purchase an additional shed for your outdoor construction area to keep the crates contained and organised.
The store is opened using the floor bolts and double doors, then lift the self-sprung lid with ease. Children will quickly learn how to open the store and will enjoy being able to independently select their outdoor construction resources.

The shed store is weather resistant and made of high-quality recyclable plastic. It provides a dry and protected space within the playground to efficiently store the outdoor construction resources and is assembled on site by our experienced team.

The store must be bolted to a level and even ground which our delivery team will install in your desired area as part of the installation service.

Installation Guidance:
The Compact Store is assembled on site. The store requires a level and even ground or base for the installation team to bolt the store into the ground for additional security and stability.
