The classroom shed contains four complete resource collections; Outdoor Sand Resource Collection 2-3yrs, Outdoor Water Play Collection 2-3yrs, Mud Kitchen Resource Collection 2-3yrs and Outdoor Small World Collection 2-3yrs, giving children a rich variety of investigative and hands-on learning opportunities.
The Outdoor Sand Resource Collection 2-3yrs encourages children to develop physical skills and exploration to scoop, fill, pour and sift sand. The sand collection provides early mathematical opportunities as children explore concepts such as capacity and quantity, while the textured rollers offer language development as practitioners explore with the children the different shapes and patterns in the sand.
The Outdoor Water Play Resource Collection 2-3yrs enables children to experiment with flow, movement and cause-and-effect as they watch water pour out of a range of containers or squeeze water from the sponges. Offer children early mark making opportunities with the paint brushes and water, children can explore the different sized and textured brushes and paint rollers to discover the marks they can make.
Children will love the sensory exploration and imaginative role play opportunities that the Mud Kitchen Resource Collection 2-3yrs offers. Children can use the metal kitchen utensils and wooden spoons to mix, stir and combine natural materials to create their own mixtures and recipes.
Support storytelling and language development with the Outdoor Small World Resource Collection 2-3yrs. Children will use a range of tactile farm animals and natural materials to create habitats for the farm animals. They will enjoy exploring the vehicles including tractors and diggers in the outdoors which will support fine motor development.
The compact shed is weather-resistant and made of high-quality recyclable plastic. The store provides a dry and protected space within the outdoor classroom to efficiently store the outdoor resources and is assembled on-site by our experienced team.

Installation Guidance
The Compact Store is assembled on site. The store requires a level and even ground or base for the installation team to bolt the store into the ground for additional security and stability.
